The PCL series has been designed for plug-in connections between units and backplanes of hard disk drives, etc. Since the PCL series provides complex connectors in which power contacts and signal contacts are incorporated together, the connectors allow substantial cost-reduction for unit installation. The PCL series are available in various types of connectors, please refer to details below.
- • Structures of guiding, floating connection, and sturdiness have been improved in relation to plug-in connections between units and backplane.
- • Allow live wire connections for power contacts and signal contacts in multiple stages. Designed for unit insertions and extractions when power is applied.
- • For cable mounted connection, IDC type contacts are available, resulting in substantial labor savings.
- • The various types of connectors are available, selectable depending on usage.
Computers, larger-sized peripheral devices, Factory Automation (FA),communications equipment, etc.
